一、總覽
SkrTranslate（以下稱「本 App」）是一款螢幕翻譯工具。本政策說明本 App 會處理哪些資料、哪些資料會離開你的手機，以及你可以怎麼刪除它們。
先講最重要的：當你使用翻譯功能時，要翻譯的文字會透過加密連線傳送到我們自架的翻譯伺服器 https://api.soltranslate.win，翻譯完立即回傳，伺服器不保存。
此外，本 App 使用的 Google ML Kit 文字辨識元件可能會把使用與診斷資訊傳給 Google（見第六節）。除了這兩項，本 App 不會把你的資料傳到其他地方。
本 App 沒有帳號系統、沒有廣告、沒有第三方分析或追蹤 SDK，也不會販售或分享你的資料。
二、本 App 處理哪些資料

錢包位址、簽到紀錄與語言設定不會納入 Android 的雲端備份，也不會在換機時轉移。
本 App 不要求你提供姓名、電子郵件、電話等註冊資料，也不讀取你的聯絡人、通話紀錄、簡訊、相簿、位置或廣告識別碼。但請留意：你選擇翻譯的畫面內容本身可能包含個人資料（例如聊天訊息、通知、帳號名稱）。這些文字會和其他要翻譯的文字一樣，被送到翻譯伺服器處理。
三、翻譯伺服器
- 翻譯由我們自行架設的 LibreTranslate 服務處理，網址為
https://api.soltranslate.win，不經過 Google、DeepL 或其他第三方翻譯商。
- 傳輸全程使用 HTTPS 加密。
- 伺服器不保存翻譯的原文或譯文；翻譯完成後即釋放。
- 伺服器未啟用網頁存取紀錄（access log）。翻譯服務本身僅記錄程序層級訊息（例如啟動、逾時、錯誤），不包含請求內容。
- 基礎網路架構層級的連線資訊（例如雲端服務商的網路層紀錄）不在我們的控制範圍內，這是所有網路服務共通的情況。
四、無障礙服務（Accessibility Service）
本 App 需要你手動啟用 Android 的無障礙服務，用途如下：
- 擷取當前畫面：只在你點「整個畫面翻譯」或「圈選翻譯」時才擷取，用來辨識文字。
- 接收選字事件：服務啟用後，系統會通知本 App 你在其他 App 中選取文字。只有在懸浮小白球開啟時，本 App 才會處理這些事件：選取完成約 0.4 秒後，自動把選取的文字（最多 500 字）送去翻譯並顯示結果，不需要再按按鈕。懸浮小白球關閉時不會處理。
- 讀取畫面上的文字結構：整頁翻譯時，用來補足文字辨識漏抓的字，而且只在截圖中看得到畫面內容時才這麼做。
- 在畫面上顯示譯文。
另外，你在其他 App 選字後，若在系統選單中點「SkrTranslate 翻譯」，選取的文字會被送去翻譯。
不會翻譯的畫面
- 受 App 保護、禁止截圖的畫面（例如部分銀行或錢包 App 的敏感頁面）：系統會在截圖中把這類畫面遮成黑色，本 App 看不到內容。偵測到這種情況時，整頁與圈選翻譯會直接停止，不會改用讀取文字結構的方式繞過保護，也不會送出任何文字。
- 錢包 App（Seeker／Saga 內建錢包、Seed Vault、Phantom、Solflare、Backpack、Jupiter）：整頁翻譯、圈選翻譯與選字自動翻譯都會跳過這些 App。
請留意兩個例外：
- 選字自動翻譯依據的是系統送來的選字事件，無法得知畫面是否受保護。因此在錢包 App 以外、設有保護的 App 中選取文字，該段文字仍會被自動送出翻譯。
- 在錢包 App 中選字後主動點系統選單的「SkrTranslate 翻譯」，該段文字仍會被送出翻譯。
本 App 不會用無障礙服務記錄你的操作或輸入內容。你隨時可以到「設定 → 無障礙」關閉這項服務。
五、Solana 錢包與每日簽到
- 使用翻譯功能前，需要連結相容的 Solana 錢包並完成當天簽到。
- 本 App 透過 Mobile Wallet Adapter 與你手機上的錢包 App 溝通。
- 我們永遠不會接觸到你的私鑰、助記詞或恢復短語。
- 每日簽到是請你的錢包簽署一段訊息，訊息內容會寫明「This is not a transaction and does not authorize any action」。這不是一筆鏈上交易，不會轉移任何資產、不會產生鏈上手續費。
- 簽章結果與公開位址只存在你的手機本機，不會上傳到任何伺服器。
六、第三方元件
- Google ML Kit 文字辨識：文字辨識在你的手機上離線執行，辨識出的文字不會因此傳給 Google。但依 Google 的說明，ML Kit 函式庫本身可能會向 Google 回傳使用與診斷資訊（例如 API 呼叫次數、錯誤、裝置型號），這類資訊不包含辨識出的文字內容。
- Tesseract OCR、OpenCV：完全在手機上離線執行，不連網。
- Mobile Wallet Adapter：僅在你的手機上與錢包 App 溝通。
七、資料保存與刪除
- 本 App 產生的資料都存在手機本機的 App 私有空間，不納入 Android 雲端備份，也不會在換機時轉移。
- 解除安裝本 App，即會刪除全部本機資料（簽到紀錄、錢包位址、偏好設定）。
- 在 App 主畫面點「中斷連結」，只會讓本 App 忘記你的錢包位址，不會刪除簽到紀錄，也不會撤銷錢包 App 那一端的授權（請在錢包 App 內管理已連結的應用程式）。
- 要刪除簽到紀錄，請到系統「設定 → 應用程式 → SkrTranslate → 儲存空間 → 清除資料」，或解除安裝本 App。
- 因為沒有帳號系統、伺服器端也不保存你的資料，所以沒有「刪除帳號」這件事需要另外申請。
八、兒童隱私
本 App 並非以兒童為對象，也不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。若你是家長或監護人，發現孩子在未經你同意的情況下提供了資料，請透過下方聯絡方式與我們聯繫。
九、政策變更
本政策若有修改，我們會更新本頁最上方的「最後更新」日期。重大變更會在 App 內或本頁明確標示。

1. Overview
SkrTranslate ("the App") is a screen translation utility. This policy explains what data the App handles, which data leaves your phone, and how you can delete it.
The most important point first: when you use a translation feature, the text to be translated is sent over an encrypted connection to our self-hosted translation server at https://api.soltranslate.win. The translation is returned immediately and the server does not store it.
In addition, the Google ML Kit text recognition component used by the App may send usage and diagnostic information to Google (see section 6). Apart from these two, the App does not send your data anywhere else.
The App has no user accounts, no ads, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your data.

Your wallet address, check-in records and language preferences are excluded from Android cloud backups and from device-to-device transfer.
The App does not ask you for registration details such as your name, email address or phone number, and it does not read your contacts, call logs, SMS messages, photo library, location or advertising identifiers. Note, however, that the content you choose to translate may itself contain personal information (for example chat messages, notifications or account names). That text is sent to the translation server like any other text to be translated.
3. The translation server
- Translation is performed by our own self-hosted LibreTranslate instance at
https://api.soltranslate.win. It does not go through Google, DeepL, or any other third-party translation provider.
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- The server does not store source text or translations; they are discarded once the response is returned.
- Web server access logging is not enabled. The translation service itself logs only process-level messages (startup, timeouts, errors), which do not include request content.
- Connection metadata at the underlying network infrastructure level (for example, our cloud provider's own network logs) is outside our control, as is the case for any internet service.
4. Accessibility Service
The App requires you to manually enable Android's Accessibility Service. It is used for the following:
- Capturing the current screen, only when you tap Translate screen or Area Translate, in order to recognize text.
- Receiving text-selection events. Once the service is enabled, the system notifies the App when you select text in other apps. Only while the floating ball is on does the App act on these events: about 0.4 seconds after you finish selecting, it automatically sends the selected text (up to 500 characters) for translation and shows the result, without you tapping anything. While the floating ball is off, these events are ignored.
- Reading the on-screen text structure during screen translation, to fill in words that text recognition missed — and only when the screenshot actually shows the screen's content.
- Drawing the translation on screen.
Separately, if you select text in another app and choose "SkrTranslate" from the system text-selection menu, the selected text is sent for translation.
Screens the App does not translate
- Screens an app protects against screenshots (for example sensitive pages in some banking or wallet apps): Android blacks these out in screenshots, so the App cannot see their content. When it detects this, screen and area translation stop right away, do not read the text through the text structure instead, and send nothing.
- Wallet apps (the built-in Seeker/Saga wallet, Seed Vault, Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, Jupiter): screen translation, area translation and automatic selection translation all skip these apps.
Two exceptions to be aware of:
- Automatic selection translation works from the selection events the system sends, and cannot tell whether a screen is protected. Text you select in a protected app other than the wallet apps above is therefore still sent for translation automatically.
- If you select text inside a wallet app and deliberately choose "SkrTranslate" from the system menu, that text is still sent for translation.
The App does not use the Accessibility Service to record your activity or what you type. You can turn the service off at any time in Settings → Accessibility.
5. Solana wallet and daily check-in
- Using translation requires a connected, compatible Solana wallet and a check-in for the current day.
- The App communicates with the wallet app on your phone through the Mobile Wallet Adapter.
- We never have access to your private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase.
- A daily check-in asks your wallet to sign a message that states "This is not a transaction and does not authorize any action". It is not an on-chain transaction: no assets are moved and no on-chain fee is charged.
- The resulting signature and public address are stored only on your phone and are not uploaded to any server.
6. Third-party components
- Google ML Kit Text Recognition: text recognition runs offline on your phone, and recognized text is not sent to Google as part of it. However, per Google's documentation, the ML Kit library itself may report usage and diagnostic information (such as API call counts, errors, and device model) back to Google. That information does not include the recognized text.
- Tesseract OCR and OpenCV: run entirely offline on your phone with no network access.
- Mobile Wallet Adapter: communicates only with the wallet app on your phone.
7. Retention and deletion
- All data the App creates is stored locally in the App's private storage and is excluded from Android cloud backups and device-to-device transfer.
- Uninstalling the App deletes all of it (check-in records, wallet address, preferences).
- Tapping "Disconnect" on the App's main screen only makes the App forget your wallet address. It does not delete your check-in records, and it does not revoke the authorization held by the wallet app (manage connected apps inside your wallet app).
- To delete your check-in records, use Settings → Apps → SkrTranslate → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the App.
- Because there are no accounts and we store nothing about you on the server, there is no account deletion request to file.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided data without your consent, please contact us using the details below.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be clearly indicated in the App or on this page.
