請勿將翻譯結果作為醫療、法律、金融、安全或其他重要決策的唯一依據。涉及這類事項時，請洽詢合格的專業人士或取得人工翻譯。
文字辨識（OCR）同樣可能誤讀，特別是在字體特殊、對比度低或版面複雜的畫面上。你應自行判斷翻譯結果是否合理。
本 App 的運作涉及以下第三方或外部元件，它們各自的可用性不在我們的完全控制之內：
本 App 依賴我們自行架設的翻譯伺服器。我們不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤或永久提供，並保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本 App 與相關服務的權利，且不因此對你負責。網路狀況不佳或伺服器維護期間，翻譯功能可能暫時無法使用。
本 App 係以「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供，在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不為任何明示或默示之擔保負責，包括但不限於適售性、特定目的適用性及不侵權之擔保。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所生之任何間接、附帶、衍生性損害，或利潤、資料之損失，我們不負賠償責任。
本條款並不排除或限制依適用法律不得排除或限制的責任（例如因故意或重大過失所致者）。
本條款如有修改，我們會更新本頁最上方的「最後更新」日期。重大變更會在本頁或 App 內明確標示。修改後你繼續使用本 App，即視為接受修改後的條款。

These terms form the agreement between you and the developer of SkrTranslate ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your own devices. The App is currently provided free of charge.
You may not:
The App provides machine translation, which may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading in context.
Do not rely on it as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other important decisions. For those, consult a qualified professional or obtain a human translation.
Text recognition (OCR) can also misread content, particularly with unusual fonts, low contrast, or complex layouts. You are responsible for judging whether a translation is plausible.
The App relies on the following third-party or external components, whose availability is not entirely within our control:
The App depends on our self-hosted translation server. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetual availability, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App and related services at any time without liability to you. Translation may be temporarily unavailable during poor connectivity or server maintenance.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If these terms change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be clearly indicated here or in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
